Privacy Policy

ZenSuite provides free, secure applications for Zendesk. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any customer data outside of the customer’s own Zendesk account. ZenSuite does not operate servers for app data, does not receive any Zendesk data, and does not use any external systems to store or analyze customer information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the ZenSuite website (zensuite.co) and to all ZenSuite apps listed in the Zendesk Marketplace.

1. Data Collection
1.1 Website (zensuite.co)

ZenSuite does not collect personal information.

We do not:

  • Use analytics platforms

  • Use third-party marketing trackers

  • Set advertising cookies

  • Store contact form submissions (we do not provide forms that collect data)

If you contact us directly (e.g., by email), we will use your email solely to respond and will not retain it beyond that purpose.

1.2 ZenSuite Zendesk Apps

ZenSuite apps run entirely inside your Zendesk account.

They:

  • Do not collect or transmit any data to ZenSuite

  • Do not store data outside Zendesk

  • Do not send data to third-party systems

  • Do not use external databases, servers, or cloud storage

  • Do not log or track usage

  • Do not receive or access customer data in any form

All data used by an app remains strictly inside the customer's Zendesk instance and is stored only using Zendesk features such as custom objects, ticket fields, or user fields.

ZenSuite never has access to this data.

2. How ZenSuite Apps Work

ZenSuite apps use the Zendesk App Framework (ZAF) and execute completely within the user's Zendesk environment.


Any data displayed or modified by an app stays within the customer's Zendesk account.

ZenSuite does not maintain infrastructure for app data. We do not have servers that collect, store, or view data.

3. Data Storage and Retention

ZenSuite stores no customer data.

  • All app-related information is stored exclusively within your Zendesk account.

  • No copies are transmitted or retained by ZenSuite.

  • Website interactions do not generate or store personal data.

Your Zendesk account controls all storage and retention through Zendesk’s systems and settings.

4. Data Sharing

ZenSuite does not share or sell data because we do not collect any data.
There are no third parties involved in app data.

The only time we may temporarily view data is if:

  • You explicitly request support

  • You grant us temporary access to your Zendesk instance as part of that support

Even then, ZenSuite never downloads, stores, or retains any customer data.

5. Zendesk Marketplace Compliance Statement

This privacy policy applies to all ZenSuite apps in the Zendesk Marketplace.

ZenSuite does not collect, store, transmit, or access any customer data. All data remains entirely inside your Zendesk account. No external servers, storage, or third parties are used.

6. Your Rights

Since ZenSuite does not collect or store data:

  • There is no personal data to delete

  • There is no stored information to request

  • Your Zendesk account fully governs all data used by ZenSuite apps

You control your data entirely.

7. Third-Party Services

ZenSuite apps do not use or connect to any third-party services.
Our website hosting provider may technically receive standard server logs (e.g., IP address) as part of operating a website, but ZenSuite does not access or use that information in any way.

We do not integrate with, store data in, or share data with GitHub, AWS, or any other platform.

8. Children’s Privacy

ZenSuite does not collect data and does not provide services for children under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

Any changes will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above.
